Call for Abstracts
The ASAE Conference Program Committee seeks submissions for selected presentations and
symposia for the 11th ASAE International conference in Tokyo, Japan.
The submission and review processes are:

Submit an extended abstract / a symposium proposal by 11:59 PM on December 16, 2022 (Tokyo time).

Presentation / symposium acceptance notifications will be sent to a presenter / a symposium organizer via email by late December, 2022.

Once your presentation / symposium is accepted, you are required to upload a full-length paper by 11:59 PM on February 3, 2023 (Tokyo time).

All presenters and organizers are required to register for the 11th ASAE International conference.

Registration Fees
Notes:

Both Type I and Type II include fees for conference registration, welcome drinks, one conference dinner, and tea breaks. Only Type I includes fees for an excursion trip on March 20th.

ASAE can issue one receipt to cover the full amount of your payment or two receipts separately; one for the conference and the other for the conference dinner. You may choose either style depending on reimbursement rule of your institution.

The USD-JPY exchange rate is about 1 USD = 130 JPY in Sep 2022.
Abstracts, symposium proposals, and full-length papers must be submitted using our online submission system from the link below. Detail submission instructions are available here(PDF).
Material previously presented at other meetings cannot be accepted, and the submitting author will be asked to verify that the material has not been presented elsewhere (a revised version of previous presentation is acceptable).
